Jim and Wendy want 2 to 4 acres on secluded lakeshore. With VIHB™ they were able to find a lot that they absolutely LOVE! Their uploaded pictures were laid beneath their 3D model.

Actual:
675ft frontage on lakeshore, 3 acres, city sewer and water, natural gas. Northeast corner of Dwight Thomas 3rd Edition, Parcel 3, Lot 16. Pine and Oak trees hide property from Lakeway Drive, an asphalt roadway. Level lot mostly unwooded. Sandy beach. Also gravel base to install private boat launch area. Lot dimensions are 1320' x 440' and soil is mostly moist clay. Land is not flood plain and slab is 15' above water level.

Home: Dream:
Wendy asked VIHB™ to display a modern English looking 3 story home with front dormers, a front balcony, a distinguished steeple foyer, rough-sawn cedar shutters, tan brick, tan stucco, leafy green gardens, stone walkway, slate roof, front courtyard, planters, black iron sconces beside the front door and French courtyard doors and cedar wood chips throughout the landscape. Jim asked for a boat house and garage located on the back corner of the home. VIHB™ interpreted their selections and ideas and rendered this stunning 3D model. A little drag-n-drop and everything looked great.

Actual:
3275 sq./ft 2.5 story 3br, 3ba, 3car, home built with red-iron main frames, R50 structural insulated panels, Marvin doors and windows, poured concrete slab on grade. No basement but a below ground storm shelter culvert will be installed. Other details for this home are included in the documentation in the Homyak's private Work Area.
