VIHB™ is a modular system... and that means each portion of the home is treated as a separate module. Any portion of your lifestyle plan (we can go into that later if you choose to) could also be developed as a separate module, or combined with other modules that you create and configure.
Your initial process of defining applicable modules is the beginning to a fun and exciting journey that will lead you to a written profile of the visions and plans you have for each part of your home.
After you login and enter into your Work Area1, (which our server creates for you) you can begin to familiarize yourself with the standard modules we have provided... prior to interacting with them, changing them and/or making other new modules that suit your needs.
As you begin making selections and entering information, it will be okay to duplicate entries in some modules or overlap your discussion across multiple modules. And don't worry about mistakes. There will be plenty of time to make everything work out on paper... and in your models... before moving forward through carefully orchestrated project phases.
Here's an example of one of our standard modules (Entertainment) and what VIHB™ does with the words you type and the selections you make. The examples in this demonstration show how cross functional areas can also be displayed in seemingly unrelated areas.
Nonetheless, it's an outstanding example of the graphics that can be rendered from various text boxes and selection fields that contain a lot of uncertain terms and both dynamic and highly variable points of data.

Module 11 had become the entertaining related module in earlier phases of describing the home in an active Work Area. The glass-top table, Persian rug and a vast array of data associated to every aspect of home furnishings are available in a database of choices which pop into view based on typewritten entries in the associated text boxes and selection menus.
Moving on now...
Visit as many of the modules as you wish, and make new modules to help cover the spectrum of your plans, ideals, goals and dreams. Make selections, upload files, enter text, create floor plans and revise your plans. Our system stores each module as you develop your project.
What's even more amazing, is that we don't have to store vast quantities of data for each member. Instead, each member database contains all of their respective XML tags which point to products and services distributed around the country inside "Data Marts" maintained by each industry. Those Data Marts are all accessed centrally inside the back-end systems at Household Dynamics.

When you are completed with each module, review your entries and then hit the "Submit Module" button. You may click "Reset Module" if you wish to cancel your design session within a given module. Please note that everything you've entered in any of the modules will not be stored for you to view at a later time if you select the "Reset Module" or "Reset Form" buttons or if you exit your browser without submitting your profile. Also, logging out before submitting new information can cause those entries to be lost.
Your profiles and plans will be stored in your secured directory for access each time you login (except while viewing this Demo) to the Home Design Center.
